Our third love besides cocktails and bicycles are oysters. We have a wide variety of oysters available and can serve them in different ways during your event. We can serve oysters in combination with cocktails or if desired only oyster service without cocktails.
What we also can offer is oyster shucking service in your restaurant during lunch or dinner. We do this in collaboration with the ladies of Ostras y Burbujas.

During our interactive oyster workshop, you and your group will learn about the origins of oysters, as well as how to shuck them and identify their freshness.
